Royal Riders makes every effort to provide you with the best of the services, making your tour more pleasant and most memorable one. But there are occasions where in you may not be able to meet your commitment to travel and would like to cancel your booking.

We have a very simple policy for any cancellations.

Refund Policy :

• More than 72 hours from start time – Full refund minus convenience charge of Rs.200 per bike booking.
• Between 72-48 hours from start time-Rs 400 of the booking amount per bike plus a convenience charge of Rs.200 per booking will be deducted.
• Between 48-24 hours from start time- Rs. 600 of the booking amount plus a convenience charge of Rs.200 per booking will be deducted.
• Less than 24 Hours from start time – No refund.

Refund Process :

All refunds would be initiated on-line to the bank account / card through which the transaction is processed. A settlement usually takes 7-10 days once approved and as per bank transfer schedules and procedures. No refunds would be initiated by Cash.

Note :

* The above cancellation policy is not applicable for bookings in May and Bengali Festival time. Please find below the Cancellation policy of this period.

* Due to huge rush, any booking once confirmed will be treated as final.

* No Refund and modification would be processed once booking order is placed and advance amount paid.
